Boy, did I fall off the wagon.

Someone needs to hold me accountable.

This is me jumping back on. I went for a 20 minute walk this morning with the dog. I would have gone longer but she’s old and started to lag behind. 

I also started a MyFitnessPal.com account to help track what I’m eating and how much I’m exercising. This is me here! 

I’ve been feeling -pudgy- lately, which in turn tends to make me lethargic. Big no-no! So on top of the daily workouts that I have posted here, mixed with yoga, I’m going to try and walk, run, or bike at least 4 days a week. I just started a new job that will have me on my feet for most of my shift, but I don’t know how often I’ll be working yet.

Day 3

Today I Did:

  • 40 jumping jacks
  • 30 Pelvic Lifts
  • 15 leg lifts
  • 20 oblique twists/crunches
  • 25 side leg lifts (each side)
  • 40 count plank

I’m feeling sore today. My upper arms (from the reverse curls yesterday, odd and painting in the afternoon), my butt, my thighs, and a bit in my abs. Must mean I’m getting somewhere!

I’ve been (kind of) keeping a food journal too. Don’t know if I should post that stuff or not? Well, so far so good!

Day 2

Today I did:

  • 35 jumping jacks
  • 15 oblique twist/crunches
  • 20 leg lifts (each side)
  • 20 squats
  • 20 lunges
  • 30 reverse curls
  • 30 count plank

My main problem areas are my stomach/waist area and my thighs. So that’s what I’m focusing on for now. I need to go buy some weights so I can get my arm strength back. I lost everything that I gain from hauling around giant-ass tvs and 15 lb. computer boxes all the time, le sigh.
